Jarrion Lawson Nominated for ESPN Athlete of The Year
Arkansas Razorback Jarrion Lawson has been nominated for this year's ESPN Best Male College Athlete Award. Lawson got the triple crown at NCAA Outdoors this year by winning the 100m, 200m, and triple jump—a feat that hasn't been accomplished since Jesse Owen's 1935/1936 victories.

In addition to three titles, Lawson also ran a wicked-fast second leg of the Razorback's 4x100m relay to help his team finish in third.

Joining Lawson on the list on nominees:

  • Alabama running back Derrick Henry #RollTide
  • Bahamian guard for the Oklahoma Sooners' Buddy Hield
  • Stanford's soccer star, Jordan Morris
  • Oklahoma Cowboy and four-time All-American wrestler Alex Dieringer
