FloTrack has obtained what appears to be the 278-page internal U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) report on Alberto Salazar, Dr. Jeffrey Brown, and the Nike Oregon Project that was recently reported on by the Times of London and New York Times, but not published. We posted the entirety of the document at the bottom of this article, with the exception of two instances of sensitive personal information that we redacted. To verify the authenticity of the document, we reached out to USADA, and spokesman Ryan Madden told FloTrack that USADA could not comment on the status of any anti-doping investigations.

The document, dated March 17, 2016, is allegedly an "interim" version of a report to the Texas Medical Board about Dr. Brown, a Houston-based endocrinologist who worked with Salazar and the Nike Oregon Project athletes.

In addition to previously reported information about L-carnitine infusions, the document contains:

-Speculation that Salazar rubbed testosterone into Galen Rupp during athletic massages
-Reports from two separate interviews with Salazar, one in which he appears to admit to testosterone use in his running career and another in which he denies it
-Emails showing the team used a supplement later believed to increase cancer risk
-Why USADA believes infusions received by Rupp, Dathan Ritzenhein, Steve Magness, and more violated anti-doping rules

You can read the full document below. We will be reporting more on its contents.
