After Edward Cheserek signed with Total Sports US yesterday, the agency picked up another former NCAA champion who is missing this year's outdoor meet with injury today in Molly Seidel.

Seidel has had an unusual last two years. She won NCAA titles in the 10K and cross country in 2015, and followed that up with 2016 indoor national championships in the 3K and 5K. But she then followed that up by missing the 2016 outdoor season, and spent extended time training in Flagstaff and weighing a professional career. She ultimately opted to return to Notre Dame for the 2017 track season, but never regained her elite form. She only finished two races in a Notre Dame uniform this season--a 4:44 mile and a 33:19 10K.

Seidel is now on the professional market. Total's best-known distance running clients include Abbey D'Agostino, Melissa Bishop, Andrew Butchart, Stephanie Garcia, Shelby Houlihan, Sally Kipyego, Ben Blankenship, Nate Brannen, Charlie Grice, Hassan Mead, Nick Symmonds, Sally Kipyego, and now Seidel and Cheserek.
