World 800m silver medalist Nick Symmonds joins the podcast the day after his appearance on NBC's American Ninja Warrior aired on TV. In case you didn't watch last night, the Olympian didn't fare so well, falling very early in the obstacle course.

Symmonds reflects on the overall experience, and how track can learn a thing or two from ANW about making an event exciting. 

From there, Symmonds talks about his 2015 track season, and his chances of qualifying for his fifth World team at USAs in just over a month. 

The guys then debate the weekend ahead at Pre Classic (how fast will Mo Farah run in the 10K, who will run faster- Lagat or Rupp in the 5K?), as well as the NCAA prelims, with the West region being here in Austin.
