Vol 1. Issue 5

After a 3:36.21 in Milan, Alan Webb says he is back. Ryan was able to catch up with him after the race. Make sure to watch to hear what he has to say about the season so far and watch for him next at the 5th Avenue mile. With Webb racing well, this leads to another question; who will make the world teams next year? All the usual suspects will be there; Lomong, Webb, Manzano,Torrence, Ulrey and maybe Lagat. So who will the top three be?

Temperatures have slightly cooled here in Austin due to a certain tropical storm. The ever slight breeze makes it feel like cross country season. On September 25, we will be kicking off our 2010 cross country coverage with LIVE Coverage Roy Griak, and normal coverage from Brooks Cowboy Jamboree and Brooks Memphis Twilight. NCAA XC CountdownIt was not hard to predict that Liberty's Sam Chelanga was the top returner of this 2010 cross country. It was much more difficult to predict Justin and Ryan's wildcard picks. Check out their wildcard men's picks and see if you agree. Stay tune this week for the women's top returners and wildcard plus if Ryan falls off the trashcan.
