McMillan Elite, a post-collegiate elite training group, is preparing for the USATF Club Cross Country Championships this weekend (Dec 13th) in Spokane, WA. This workout was filmed in scenic Flagstaff, AZ and its their marker workout for the group. Workout: 5x1.1 miles

the first words to watching this video was "herd of stallions!". great video, and quite inspiring. made me rethink my workouts! also, after reading carlson's blog, as well as listening to his interview on "final sprint," i've become a fan! the guy is hilarious! still laughing at some of the little vignettes! |

You are totally wrong. Greg is an amazing coach who cares greatly about his athletes. He is always there for them and is totally committed to making sure they are sound in both body and mind. Sorry you feel the need to make up negative rumors. |
