Canadian 1500m runner, Hilary Stellingwerff, and her husband Trent take us for a run through the beautiful forest in Lausanne, Switzerland called Chalet-a-Gobet. The forest is at the top of Lausanne only minutes from their house and the track that hosts the Diamond League meeting in Lausanne.

Wish there were more trail systems like this where i live; alas, urban city expansion isn't conducive to forests.
