To many it would be a tough call for this week's Tastiest race of the week, but to the Flotrack faithful you know exactly what turned on those taste buds. The men's 4x800 Championship of America at the 2010 Penn Relays! In a rematch from NCAA Indoors we got to see Wheating, Foster, and Andrews all throw it down on the anchor leg. Andrews jumped the field and surprised many once again as University of Virginia took their first Penn Relays title since something crazy like 1943. You best believe we'll have an interesting race in Wheating's backyard come June at the NCAA Championships!

Andrews would own See. Andrews is beating Wheating who NEVER got passed at the end.

I gotta say idk on that one. I mean Robby Andrews has more of a sprint base than Jeff being that hes primarily mid distance but Jeff has a rediculous kick not to mention Jeff goes around 150 meters left and Robby goes around 80 meters left so it could be a close call.

He would OWN Jeff See

I bet he won't pass Jeff See like that.

The race of the week had to be the HIGH SCHOOL BOYS CHAMPIONSHIP OF AMERICA 4x400! Go check it out again.

Eventually Wheating will have to learn that just because he is way better than everyone, it doesnt mean that he is immune to getting outkicked. His strength is his strong point, why isn't he using it?

Great call ! 2 years ago

It's also amazing that Ry calls Andrews for the win when he hadn't even drawn even yet and there was still plenty of track left.
Gutsy call, exciting call.
Ryan you should do this for a living ;)

Almost perfect analogy 2 years ago

Andrews = Mills, the youngster
Wheating = Clarke, the big favorite
Foster = Gammoudi ; making the big move with ~400 to go by squeezing between the two and breaking open the race.

And then Ryan with the GREAT CALL.
This is the best race I've seen on flotrack...awesome
