Hopefully you check this video of yourself...
My name is Jeff Boele. I live in Boulder and work at the BRC. I heard you were in the shop the other day. Anyway, I am working with a guy that will be running some 1500's and an occasional 5K this spring. He is currently doing most of his training on his own. He is not a sub 4 guy, but the goal for the spring is 3:47-8, so not too shabby. I'm not sure what your training consists of, but I thought it may workout for you guys to get together every once and a while to do a workout, or at least go through some of it together. Based on your comments in the video you are doing most speed stuff solo.
