Let's hope that FoxSports does not get the rights to the meet in the future. The broadcast was unacceptable and did a disservice to the athletes. In addition, the results were not posted after each race, the races were not recorded in full, and the videos are not available for review or archived.

Junipero Serra High School Girls 4by400 won fair and square. Harvard Westlake girls 4by400 didn't run fair and therefore had to suffer the consequences of their actions. Good job Serra and good job Poly better luck next time Harvard Westlake girls and remember God sure doesn't like ugly as you can see ;)

Harvard-Westlake - they know that they out-shined the rest of the field in the 4X4. Amy W. (their anchor) really had quite a night - only a junior.

The announcers - I know some people had enough of them and muted their computers. Their analysis was piss poor and wow......frequently mispronouncing athletes names. You would understand if it was a dark-horse, but someone like Grabill (who was the defending state champion and FL All American and been covered nationally) was totally dismissed. She and Baxter were neck and neck for the first 1600, but all they could talk about was the 15y.o. When they did mentioned her name.....it was Gabrill, Gabriel, whatever - don't use those bozos again.

Westlake: Tough call but Westlake did cross into the lane too early for no reason at all and did cause Coco to let up.

Announcers: Spend at least 45 minutes and watch videos of the lead runners coming in so you know who they are. Classic moronic quote, "I haven't seen Sarah Baxter run but I hear she's pretty good."
Classic misname of the meet.....Eliis Gaydon, Eilias Graden, Eli Garden...lol

We appealed and our appeal was denied because video cannot be used as evidence. It was solely based on judgment.

The DQ call against HW impacted team score. They are now 3rd instead of runner-up

Terrible call by CIF in Relay. Should be reversed. Had no impact on outcome. That team won that race fair and square.

anyone else think its dumb that for lukas' national record he got to draft off of professionals in his lone track race all year when german fernandez did his at his state meet after competing all year and he had to push himself the entire way???? german 4 life
