lalang:13:08 5k. 3:55 mile. 7:55 split at 3000m during the 5k. I know we are all loving cam levins and the others guys in the 3000m these days, but Lalang would crush them all if he decided to race it. sorry

Lawi has a huge stride! It appears he is needing to run on the outside of lane 1 to avoid running up on Lagat.
