He ran his 7th 200 in 26.9 and then followed it up with another 7th 200 in 26.4. Work on your math flotrack but this was a sick workout. It would be great to see one with Mo or both Mo and Galen.

Galen's running speed for this 6x1600m workout would put him at 28:08 over 10,000m.

Considering his PR of 26:48 in the 10000m, this is pretty close to his race pace for 10000m "at altitude" (5000 feet or higher).

Can I assume this was a tempo workout?, wasn't sure what the rest interval was; smart choice in choosing to change direction on the track...helps to deter development of muscle imbalances, especially due to the banked surface
