Wasn't there another video posted a few weeks back talking about the same kind of thing? Something along the lines of, the best athletes know have a plan to get to the Olympic podium, but that's not what they focus on every day. They focus on one day at a time, or the task at hand, if you will. Pretty interesting stuff. I also think that one of the team Minnesota videos talked about getting the most out of your body every day and thus achieving the same "training effect." All in all, good stuff from every video!
