Ethiopia's Dejen Gebremeskel defended his Carlsbad 5000 title on Sunday over a world-class field in a time of 13:11. Seventeen-year-old Hagos Gebrhiwet was second three seconds behind his countryman while early leader Eliud Kipchoge finished third.

It's bumpy on the back of the lead truck and difficult to keep the camera shot stable. Did my best out there.
