In less than ideal conditions in cold and rainy London, Jenny Simpson found herself at the front of a tactical 1500 meter battle. Despite others passing her at various points in the race, Simpson rallied for second place ahead of a host of other American women. She'll next race in the 3000 meters in Monaco.
