Well Tiffani McReynolds is definatly ready to run. Womans 400 is a done deal with Arkansas. But upset will be kansas womans 4x4 and emily sisson has the 3k in the bag. Men 4x4 arkansas and mens DMR Standford and watcg out for ashley Collier shes tired of loosing to kim duncun.

Betsy "Automatic" Saina will win the 5k and 3k. Kennedy "Holy **** he's Fast" Kithuka will do the same. The men's mile final will devolve into a tactical race and a surprise guy will win. Flotrack.org will win at everything else.

Coach Trent Sanderson 2 months ago

Emma Coburn will be coming down from the mountains and taking the mile title back up to altitude!

Trackmom 2 months ago

Cally Maber in the 3K. Michigan in the DMR.

Anonymous Coward 2 months ago

Flotrack didn't do research and watch the 4x4 from SEC's, Florida's leadoff was cut off and cost about a second off their time.

Texas will win the Mile Relay

Dendy and Craddock sweeping the jumps for Florida

Siskiyoukid 2 months ago

Estrada for NAU!!!!! After all he's an Olympian..probs the only guy who can challenge Kithuka

Anonymous Coward 2 months ago

I predict LSU Tigers.. Geaux Tigers.. Negative comments will not take away pure talent.. One person mistake does not dicate the entire team.

D'Agostino and Hasay have probably the same strength as Saina, the winner of the 3k will need some wheels so I wouldn't count out D'Agostino, Hasay, or even Maber. If the pace is slow, Saina's chances are pretty slim.

Anonymous Coward 2 months ago

Lipari is anchoring for the DMR for Villanova, so she won't be fresh for the 3k. Betsy Saina probably has the most strength of the girls in the 3k, so I'm thinking the 5k/3k double will affect her the least.

Totally rooting for the dynamic duo. From 7th-8th grade until now they have been nearly equals at these distances. They are both fully trained, probably peaking, as someone already alluded to, and I don't care who wins. I just want to see Jordan Hasay and Emily Sisson come out of this with huge PRs. Emily is running just the 5K on the first day (7:55PM). Jordan will double, running the 3K at 7:40PM Saturday. Providence isn't gunning for a team win. Oregon on the other hand is. So for Hasay, position and points are all-important. Oregon will do it on the track this year to win. Nothing for the girls in the multiples/field events. They are loaded for bear this year. Every Duck will have their race face on this weekend. Good luck!

where are the 800/5k predictions?

Kitty 2 months ago

I think Katrina Coogan is gonna surprise everyone and take the 3K

Oregonrulesthepac12inalmosteve 2 months ago

Oregon peaks for this event some teams like LSU and Texas A & M peak during the season and not the NCAA like Oregon. It's called too much depth for Oregon the Ducks 1st the steroids of LSU 2nd 3rd most likely Kansas 4th Texas A & M?

Brandon 2 months ago

Kansas women win the team comp. AG with the jump double, and a surging Diamond Dixon defends her crown.

Oregonrulesthepac12inalmosteve 2 months ago

The Oregon women will win the 60 Gardner the 400 francis maybe the 3 or 5 k with Hasay and both the DMR and the 4 BY 4. 13 events Oregon has entered only 10 for LSU. The Duck Women will win the NCAA indoors for the 4th straight year. Also after thier Cross Country Championship and then the NCAA indoors look for Oregon to break the string of 4 straight NCAA runner ups and win the Outdoors at thier home track at Hayward field. I can't wait to travel over the mountains and watch the 3rd and last days of the NCAA outdoors. It's Oregon depth vs the Steroids over LSU and the Ducks take it home yet again. Go Ducks

I'm predicting a win for Wayne Davis in the hurdles. Eddie Lovett is fast, but he tends to get sloppy in close races when someone puts pressure on him. Davis has always been a big meet performer and always stays cool under pressure, plus he's coming off a PR.

No one is stopping betsy saina in the 3k or 5k
