Lead wire to wire, and negative split a championship race? Thats what an Olympian does. Their are few that can match the experience and confidence of Coburn, and at this point we doubt we will see Emma in anything but first for the rest of her season.

Haha shout out to MC hammer haha, she might race Mary Cain in the 15, Oxy invite? Payton Jordan? But besides Cain, coburn is the best athlete to dominate in an event that wasn't hers... Back to back 429's 5th fastest collegian and the only one to go sub-430 twice! This is going to help out her steeple, could she be top 5 at the world champs in Moscow? Top 4? Top 3? Lets see!

Nice Banner photo - how can she look so pretty when she races?

Unless she has to race that 16 year old....

Fastest miler in the land! Only American collegian to run sub-4:30 twice. Not bad for a little old steepler

Success Story. 2 months ago

I agree, her humility is like icing on the cake in the Emma Coburn arsenal! She still seems to have the pinch me is my running career going as great as it seems: Olympics, DI titles! And cudos to Mark Wetmore for developing Emma into the tiger that she is!
