Are we also going to get to see Mary Cain's 9:02 3000M? Wow!! I thought maybe 5 secs faster than the 9:17 record...not 15 sec faster

yeah it almost looks like he is wearing something that is pulling his shoulders back. maybe to prevent him from slouching his shoulders forward when he runs, help keep the chest open. dang different things salazar will try

Another 4:00 for Cabral. I know he's run 3:40 for 1500 but I just really want him to break four already. Considering it's January looks like this might be the year.

there was an error with the clock at the track so everyone originally thought it was 3:55 but actual time was 3:57.
