UNC's Pete Watson on dealing with injury

Throughout his running career UNC coach Pete Watson experienced 11 stress fractures and 4 broken sacrums. Pete understands the importance of being patience when coming back from injury and also the importance of taking a day of rest or recovery when something feels "off". There has to be a long term outlook when thinking about success over your career and remembering that one day off won't kill you, especially if it helps avoid injuries.
