UNC's Elizabeth Mott, 400 hurdles

UNC sophomore 400 hurdler Liz Mott went through some growing pains her freshman year in 2009. After earning a runner-up finish in the Indoor ACC Championships at 400 meters, the outlook season looked bright in the long hurdles. However with her new added speed combined with learning steps for the first time, the transition from high school to college was not as smooth as Liz had imagined. Liz talks about going through a freshman year of ups and downs, what she learned, and what to look for from her in 2010.
