Really had to step back and take a second look at Oregon's field events last year. Are we talking really talented individuals, great coaching, or what? I think it was both. Especially Coach Steele. This was right up his alley! It will be a difficult decision between Galen and Ashton. I know Oregon fans would be happy if they could somehow slice this baby down the middle and let them both take it home. It would be difficult to see the Bowerman go anywhere but Oregon the first time, especially in light of what the school has produced in recent years and what the most savvy fan base for track & field has witnessed since Coach Vin arrived on scene! |
