For the second consecutive year, German Fernandez wins the year's biggest Jaw Dropping performance. At the Big 12 Indoor Championships Fernandez took the lead from the gun in the finals of the mile. The Bowerman Award Finalist not only won the Big 12 title as a freshman, but he also set a PR, won by over 10 seconds, set the NCAA and WORLD Junior Indoor Mile records!! An amazing performance by an 18 year old. Can he become the first 3-time Jaw Dropping winner in 2010?? Its safe to say he'll be in the running for it!
