Ryan Whiting at 2011 Penn State National after big Millrose Games victory

On Friday, Ryan Whiting started his journey to become the best shot putter in the world. At the 2011 Millrose Games Whiting beat Christian Cantwell who was the 2009 World Champion and ranked #1 in the world for the past 2 years. Whiting is now living in State College, PA and will be heading overseas soon for competitions.
