Event Title: 1st Annual Texas Stallions Relays Date: Saturday, April 28, 2012 Time: 8:00am -- 5:00pm, Gates Open 7:00am Location: Concordia Lutheran High School, 700 E. Main Street, Tomball, TX 77375 Event Summary: Calling all track and field enthusiasts and youth runners, jumpers & throwers, you are invited to attend. The Texas Stallions Track Club will host its 1st Annual Texas Stallions Relays featuring youth 6 -- 18 across the Gulf. The meet will feature 7 exciting relays, 4 individual running events and 4 field events. Individual events include the 200 & 400 Meter Dash, 800 & 1500 Meter Run, 1500 & 3000 Meter Race Walk, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, and Discus. Relay events include the 4 x 100, 4 x 200, 4 x 400, 4 x 800, Sprint and Distance Medleys. Awards will be given to the top six participants in each event as well as the top two overall teams. Volunteer & Sponsorship Opportunities available. Cost: $5 per person / Under 5 Free. Athlete Pre-registration is encouraged.
