Lindsay Allen, Stanford alum and former McMillan athlete, talks about making a change for the Olympic Year as she has joined coach Alberto Salazar and the Oregon Project. Allen, a steeple specialist, has not PRed in the event since her 9:40 she ran in 2009. Lindsay talks about the transition to the new group and aspects of her training she have helped her see some changes.
