Women's winner Alisha Williams overcomes obstacles of NYC cancellation at 2012 Cal International Marathon

Alisha Williams had high expectations prior to her second marathon in New York City but was forced to regroup after the race was cancelled. Williams managed to battle through those obstacles in addition to a torrential storm in Sacramento to come out with the victory at the Cal International Marathon.
