Olympian Kim Conley starts the year with serious goals in cross country. On January 6th, she ran the Campaccio XC race in Italy. In addition to facing an international field, this race serves as preparation for the 2013 USATF XC Championships.

The rest was 1:30. This changed just before the workout. She only ran for a brief time on concrete to warm up because the grass was soaked. There was a fair amount of standing water in spots. |

Was the rest 2 minutes or 1:30?? This has happened before, the athlete says that the workout is different than what flotrack states. |
