American steeple chase record holder, Evan Jager, opened up the weekend with a 1200 meter lead-off leg of the DMR as he preps for tomorrow's 800 against Lopez Lomong. Afterwards he talked to Flotrack about the new speed training in the Bowerman group and incorporating the "man bun" into his fashion repertoire.
