After finishing second at the USATF Outdoor Championships just days earlier, Robby Andrews was on a mission to earn the IAAF "A" standard of 3:36.2 to qualify for the World Championships in Beijing. And that's exactly what he did Thursday night in an exciting 1500m win at the Portland Summer Twilight.
