U.S. #2 miler Conor Lundy and the Fordham Prep boys team took to the indoor track to conquer the 'Antietam' workout. Named after the 1862 Civil War battle and the photographs Matthew Brady took of the soldiers splayed out across the battlefield, this workout is a staple for the team and Lundy, who will contest in the 109th NYRR Millrose Games this Saturday with the #2 fastest high school mile this season (4:08.25).
