The first day of the 2023 USATF Outdoor Track & Field Championships begins Thursday at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon as athletes look to qualify for the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary. 

Thursday's action includes finals in the men's discus, women's triple jump, women's javelin, men's 10,000m and women's 10,000m.

When Is The USATF Outdoor Championships 2023?

The meet begins on Thursday, July 6 and ends on Sunday, July 9. Events will begin at 2:25 p.m. EST on Thursday. 

Where Is The USATF Outdoor Championships 2023?

For the third year in a row Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, on the campus of the University of Oregon, will host the event. The last location other than Oregon to host the event was Des Moines, Iowa in 2018 and 2019.
