Less than a year ago, the 2024 Paris Olympics captured our attention and possibly our hearts, as the world’s top athletes converged on the City of Light hoping to make their dreams come true.

It’ll be another three years before we have that opportunity again, but the time in between be wasted, as there are many other top-tier events on the calendar, including the 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championships, scheduled for March 14-15 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Whether you’re about the track events or the field events, this is one of the few chances each year to see the best of the best collegiate athletes battle it out. Who knows, some of their performances could be a preview of what they’ll be bringing to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles. 

In the short-term, the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships will feature some exciting events, including races of 60 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 5,000 meters and the mile. 

The list of field events includes the pole vault, long jump, high jump and shot.

There will even be two exciting combinations of multiple events for the pentathlon and heptathlon. 

How To Watch The 2025 NCAA Division I Indoor Track And Field Championships

The 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championships will take place March 14-15 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Live coverage will be provided by ESPN+ starting at 9:15 a.m. Eastern on March 14 and 9:30 a.m. EDT on March 15.

Those not able to tune in live can catch the rebroadcast on ESPNU on March 16 at 7 p.m. EDT.

About The Virginia Beach Sports Center

The Virginia Beach Sports Center opened in the fall of 2020 and quickly is becoming a top destination for premier events. 

The 285,000-square-foot facility is located less than a mile from the Atlantic Ocean and steps from the Virginia Beach Convention Center. 

The property includes 12 basketball courts, 24 volleyball courts and an indoor hydraulic track with seating for up to 5,000 guests. There’s plenty up space to meet, warm up and compete in comfort, with easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment and hotels.
