Sadie Engelhardt has inked an NIL deal with Brooks on the heals of a standout high school career.  

Engelhardt has personal bests of 2:02.50 (800m), 4:08.49 (1500m), and 4:27.13 (Mile). She concluded her high school career as the fifth fastest girl over 1,500m and the second fastest girl over the mile distance in US high school history. She earned the Gatorade High School T&F Athlete of the Year award in 2024.

"I’m thrilled to announce my new NIL partnership with Brooks Running," said Engelhardt in a provided statement. "I’m so grateful for the opportunity to represent a brand that shares my passion and supports runners at every level. It’s a new chapter and stage for me and I’m ready to get after it!"

Engelhardt is slated to begin her collegiate career at NC State this fall, where she figures to have an impact as a potential starter in the latter half of her first cross country season. NC State entered the season ranked third in the FloTrack College XC Rankings. 

NC State had three women ranked in the top 20 of those rankings, including Grace Hartman (#3), Hannah Gapes (#11) and Angelina Napoleon (#18). 

This most recent signing comes after Chloe Scrimgeour and Sam Whitmarsh recently signed professional deals with the Brooks Beasts earlier this month.
