The 2025 NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships run Saturday, Nov. 22, in Spartanburg, S.C.
The men's 8000m competition kicks off the event at 10 a.m. ET, followed by the women's 6000m race at 11 a.m. ET. Fans can stream the action live on NCAA.com.

After the Nov. 15 regional meets, 32 teams—one automatic qualifier from each of the ten regions and 22 at-large bids—were selected to take the Roger Milkin Cross Country Course in the championship.
Seventy individuals also advance, including the top seven finishers of each regional race (if their team didn’t already qualify) and the remaining at-large bids.
