The 2025 NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships storm into Spartanburg, S.C., on Saturday, Nov. 22, bringing together the fastest, toughest, and most determined runners in the division.

The men's 8000m race launches the festivities at 10 a.m. ET, giving fans the first surge of excitement, before the women gear up for a gritty 6000m showdown at 11 a.m. ET.

Every stride, surge and sprint will be streamed live on NCAA.com.

After the dust settled from the Nov. 15 regional meets, 32 teams locked in their spots—one automatic qualifier from each of the ten regions, plus 22 at-large squads that proved they belonged on the national stage. All eyes now turn to the Roger Milkin Cross Country Course, where the country’s top teams will collide.

Seventy individuals also earned their way to the championship: the top seven finishers in each regional whose teams didn’t make the field, plus a collection of standout at-large runners ready to disrupt the pack.
