The Nov. 22 2025 NCAA D3 XC National Championship is just days away. Check out which teams and individuals qualify for the big race.

The 2025 NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships take center stage on Saturday, Nov. 22, in Spartanburg, S.C.
Following the Nov. 15 regional meets, 32 teams earned their spots in the championship field—one automatic qualifier from each of the ten regions, plus 22 at-large teams that impressed enough to make the cut.
All will line up on the Roger Milkin Cross Country Course, ready to chase the national title.

Seventy individuals also punched their tickets to Spartanburg, including the top seven finishers from each regional race whose teams did not qualify, along with a slate of additional at-large selections.
The men’s 8000m race fires up the action, setting the tone before the women tackle the 6000m course. Fans won’t miss a stride—every moment will stream live on NCAA.com.
