BU Terrier Classic 2026 Entries: Here's Who's Been Accepted
Accepted entries ahead of the 2026 John Thomas Terrier Classic have been announced by meet organizers.
Each year the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic welcomes some of the top collegiate distant talents to Boston for one of the fastest meets on the world's fastest indoor oval. This year's meet is scheduled for Friday, January 30 and Saturday, January 31, with the women competing on day one and men set to compete on day two.
Ahead of the meet, officials have announced accepted entries. In the mile specifically, 39 women are entered under 4:40 and 54 men are entered under 4:00. The chase is on for these athletes to break those respective barriers this weekend.

The 2026 BU Terrier Classic will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 30. The women's events will be run on Friday, with the men to follow on Saturday. Men's events will also begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday.
