The 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships are where the best in college track get a chance to turn standout seasons into national titles. Across four days of competition, the meet will feature everything from sprints, middle distance to long-distance on the track, along with field and combined events.

The schedule opens Wednesday with the first day of men’s competition, including the first heats and semifinals for track and several field event finals, capped by the men’s 10,000m final.
Thursday follows with the first day of women’s competition and the conclusion of the men’s decathlon.
The championship finals pick up Friday and Saturday, building toward the men’s and women’s 4x400 relays.
