LIVE OLYMPIC FEED ON THE INTERNET
LIVE OLYMPIC FEED ON THE INTERNET

There is a live feed on the internet to watch the track events at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. When there are no live events, you are able to watch a loop of the earlier action. Here is how to watch the 2008 Beijing Olympics live on the internet:
MAC Users: this will not work in Safari, need to use Firefox
1) Go to the following website, http://www.aelling.lir.dk/public/
2) In the center of the page, click on the TV (says "ONLINE TV Click Here to Play")
(will open the play.....may need to give it a minute to load)
3) Once the Player is open you will see three drop down lists
a) In the first drop down, select "Sport TV"
b) In the second drop down, select the channel you want (you can actually watch many different sports so choose what you'd like)
i. For track, there are good feeds on "Danmark - Beijing 1 Olympics Live - 790 kb" and "France - Eurosport (OL) - 80 kb - Quick Time"
4) On the homepage (http://www.aelling.lir.dk/public/) there is a channel overview for most of the channels that lists what events will be shown at certain times throughout the day
5) WATCH AND ENJOY!!
NOTE: If there are a lot of people online (as you should expect during the big events) it is sometimes hard to connect to the servers. IF you are able to, it might be worth a try to keep your live stream up even if you are not next to your computer.
