Earlier this week we asked you if Marvin Bracy would break the state record in the finals. Well, Bracy did break the record but it was in the semis! Marvin Bracy ran at wind legal 10.31 to break the Florida FHSAA State Meet Finals record by .01 (race will be uploaded here soon | watch the old record from 2009 here | watch Jeff Demps run the record in 2008). We are looking for him to go even faster as his start in the semis was not the greatest. Last year in the finals Bracy ran a wind aided 10.19 as a sophomore (race here).

The finals will be great not only on the men's side though. Tania Gaither is trying to rock the repeat triple as she was the 2010 FHSAA 4A champ in the 100, 200 and 4x100 (check her out here).

There should be some great 800 and 1600 meter races, but the meet should be closed out with a bang as usually with the 4x400 relays.  Did you see last night's boys 3A 4x400 finish? Check it here....awesome!
