With the NCAA East and West Preliminary Rounds going on over the next several days, we want to know, which is the better region? 

From the distance running prowess of powerhouses like Oregon and Stanford out West, to perennially elite sprint schools like Florida and LSU in the East ... there really is great collegiate talent all over the country.

Some things to think about:

- Which has more National Champion hopefuls?
- Which has more teams with a shot at the title?
- Which region's fields are deeper with talent?
- Which region cares more about track?
