We here at Flotrack want to wish you and your family a happy new year. 2011 was another amazing experience with the community and we have so much to celebrate! 2012 brings on new challenges, goals, and ideas for Flotrack and we are as committed as ever to bring you the best year yet!

Retire those high school shorts that are wearing dangerously thin with every wash...
Stop making excuses to not to do core/ stretching
Carrie toilet paper on every long run, so as to avoid....
Legitamately Stay in touch with close friends. Not just perodically post a funny kitten video on their facebook wall.
