The 2012 Women's 1500 final is the deepest field in quite a long time (at least in our life time). The field includes 2011 World Champion Jenny Simpson, 2011 World numero uno Morgan Uceny, and 2009 Bronze Medalist Shannon Rowbury. Anna Pierce, Alice Schmidt also made the 2008 Olympics. There are only three spots and the drama begins at 4:23 PST.

Texas Tech junior Vincent Crisp posted the fastest indoor collegiate mark of all time over 600 yards on Friday. Competing at the Texas Tech Red Raider Invitational in Lubbock, Texas, Crisp ran 1:08.16 and held off TCU’s Derrick Mokaleng, who ran 1:08.18.
