Did Usain Bolt win at the Cayman Invite? Doc Patton Doesn't Think So.

Usain Bolt ran his first 100-meter dash of 2013 at the 2013 Cayman Invitational and disappointed those expecting him to overttake Tyson Gay's world leading 9.86 from the Jamaican Invitational. Bolt did not even break 10.00 as he won his race in 10.09 edging out teammate Kemar Bailey Cole at the finish line.
Both crossed the finish line in 10.09, but Bolt got credit for the win.
United States sprinter Doc Patton was not so sure about the win as he watched the race.
That same tweet was retweeted by fellow sprinters Ryan Bailey and Mike Rodgers.Did Bolt win that race because his name Usain Bolt? #ImJustSaying

NBC Sports analyst Ato Boldon also took to Twitter to express his disappointment with the camera angles shown to broadcast the race.
The WORST angle you can show any race from is head-on.lt shows nothing to the viewer.I have no idea why in 2013 anyone would do that.

... And the replays head-on too?I'm done.
