Declan Murray Joins NJ-NY Track Club

Declan Murray is the latest middle distance runner added to coach Frank Gagliano's New Jersey-New York Track Club. Former Loyola University (Ill.) 800-meter runner made the announcement on his Twitter account on Friday afternoon.
On the East Coast, he joins a middle distance training group that already includes Kyle Merber, Robby Andrews, Mike Rutt and Brian Gagnon.
Murray finished sixth at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship running 1:48.02. He ran a personal best of 1:46.77 at the Mt. SAC Relays in April. He also managed to set a personal best in the 1,500-meter run at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational, where he ran 3:47.36.Would have held a segment on ESPN but didn't think it was fair to my fans in Cleveland... I'll be taking my talents to @njnytc #thedecision
