Boys HS Individual Rankings - Week 10

New elites emerge from NXN Northwest and Midwest
The Saucony Elite 50 refers to the top-50 individual in the country (25 boys and 25 girls)
Two more big regionals took place for Nike Nationals in the Northwest and the Midwest. US#2 Tanner Anderson continues to race big, win big, and gets another win here. Elijah Armstrong (ID) finished 2nd in the Northwest and moves into the rankings at #10. Armstrong looks to be rounding into shape to be very competitive at nationals. The Midwest meet was won by Evan Stifel (OH), who moves onto the watch list for now.
Louis Colson (VA) moves up to #18 after a dominating 15:06 performance at the VA state champs, winning by 30-seconds.
Thomas O'Neill (NJ) won the group 3 state title in New Jersey with a 15:26 clocking, the fastest of all groups and moves into the rankings at #21.
Another rankings addition at US#20 is David Luna (CA) who torched the Mt. SAC course for a 14:36 clocking (the same time that US#9 Austin Tomagno ran earlier this season).
Next weekend the South and Southwest NXN Regionals will happen, so watch for some break-out performances at both meets.
Stay tuned each week as we bring you the Saucony Elite 50 Individual Boys every Tuesday morning!
