Aussie schoolboy faster than Bolt?

With Usain Bolt already in talks about possibly retiring after the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro, many track and field supporters are quick to panic that the sport may lose fans with the absence of its biggest star. James Gallaugher, a 13-year-old Australian schoolboy, is ready to change that.
This weekend, Gallaugher reportedly set the 200-meter world record by running 21.73 in a competition held in Townsville. The previous record for that age group held by Usain Bolt was 21.81.
In 2012, Gallaugher went viral on Youtube with this 4x100-meter relay race in which he made up a 20-meter gap to give his team the victory at the New South Wales Primary School Championships.
Gallaugher is an early favorite to make Australia's Olympic team, but it may not always be best to believe the early hype. After unofficially tying the World Junior record in the 100-meter dash, Japan's Yoshihilde Kiryu, 17, could not replicate the success on the big stages of the Birmingham Diamond League meet or the IAAF World Championships in Moscow.
