Tuesday Morning Coffee Talk

Flotrack news and links for January 14th,

Happy Tuesday Flotrack! Did everyone talk to you about the Golden Globes yesterday? Did anyone really care? Since I knew I was going to be forced into at least one conversation about either someone winning or someone's dress, I figured I just knock the two out with the following quote:
"I'm really happy Steve Prefontaine won for Best Supporting Actor. I mean, I know he's fallen on hard times since his days at Oregon, but I didn't expect to be playing an HIV positive transsexual woman in Dallas Buyers Club. I haven't seen a performance like that out of him since the '72 Olympic Trials."
On a related note, watch out Alexi Pappas: there's a new bun in town.
And now the "news"
