Boylston St. evacuated due to unattended bags
The area near the Boston Marathon finish line on Boylston Street was evacuated on Tuesday evening as two backpacks were left unattended and are being examined by police. According to WBZ-TV, CBS's Boston local affliliate, a man was seen wearing a black veil while wearing one of the backpacks and yelling 'Boston Strong.' Police cleared the area.

Boston Police confirmed they have the man in custody. The bags are being inspected by robots and the bomb squad.

This all comes one year after two bombs near the Boston Marathon finish line killed three people and injured more than 260. President Barack Obama and the White House observed a moment of silence at 2:49 p.m. ET to honor the victims of last year's tragedy.
