All you need to know for U.S. Champs
The crew here at Flotrack has spent the last few days hoping to get you ready for the 2014 U.S. Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Sacramento, CA.

Don't put away that bald eagle t-shirt that you used to cheer on Team USA during the World Cup just yet. The 2014 U.S. Outdoor Track and Field Championships is here.

Below are the links to the content to have you ready for #USAoutdoors:

Women's 3,000-meter Steeplechase and Men's 1,500-meters predictions
Emma Coburn is the heavy favorite in the steeplechase, but who else will finish on the podium? The Men's 1,500-meter has plenty of big names, but still remains wide open.

Women's and Men's 5,000-meter predictions
No Galen Rupp? No Abbey D'Agostino? Can Mead or one of the Bowerman Track Club men upset Lagat? What about American 5K Record holder Molly Huddle and Shannon Rowbury in the women's race?

Women's and Men's 10,000-meter predictions
Galen Rupp goes his sixth straight title in the Men's 10K while the absense of Shalane Flanagan opens the door for either Jordan Hasay or Kim Conley to take the win.

Women's 800-meter preview
In the best event of the weekend, either Chanelle Price, Ajee Wilson, Brenda Martinez, or Laura Roesler will be left off the podium.

Women's 1,500-meter preview
Jenny Simpson is the favorite, Morgan Uceny is a factor, Kate Grace is a dark horse, and teen sensations Mary Cain and Alexa Efraimson go head-to-head.

Men's 5,000-meter preview
Bernard Lagat looks to get his 11th win in the 5K against Galen Rupp, but will Hassan Mead or someone from the Bowerman Track Club surprise?

Men's 1,500-meter preview
With no Matt Centrowitz or Andrew Wheating, the Men's 1,500-meters is wide-open. Leo Manzano and David Torrence lead the charge, but it's anyone's race.
